Safety Policy

1. The customer has the right to cancel his ONLINE BOOKING and ask for a 100% refund of the full paid amount with an email notice and the required notice period shall not be less than 14 days.

2. In the case where the cancellation period is less than 14 days only 50% of the total paid amount will be refunded. The customer is responsible for the bank expenses of the transaction for the deposit to his bank account. No show ups are charged 100% of the amount without the right to ask for a refund. In case of an online booking and ONLY due to BAD WEATHER RESTRICTION the rental is cancelled for safety reasons 2 (two)options are provided to the customer 1.trasfer of the reservation to the first available date in agreement with the customer or 2.refund 100% of the total ammount paid.The customer is responsible for the bank expenses of the transaction for the deposit to his bank account. Fuel Policy The customer is responsible for the expenses of the total fuel consumption which is being calculated after the return of the boat to the port. Drugs and alcohol policy The transfer ,possession or use of drugs or alcohol are strictly forbidden on board the whole period of the rental. Pregnancy We advise any pregnant women to avoid going on board independently from the weather conditions.The company in any case is NOT responsible for her decision. Pets Our company accepts any kind of pets on board free of charge.
